Our customers are at the center of everything we do. As a member of our support team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers process and manage their orders. This means going above and beyond for the customers we help, often tackling challenging problems.

Our Customer Service Team are all key players in the customer journey, from helping customers make purchasing decisions to providing support post-purchase to helping them understand and implement their products to ensuring their experience is consistently positive the entire time.
To be successful in customer service, you must be empathetic, especially when customers are having problems with their purchase. Our goal is to treat every conversation as an opportunity to learn something and help someone new. This isn’t your average customer service job.

Customer service shifts may include any day from Sunday - Saturday. We provide 7 days of customer support. Our team members are scheduled for 40 hours for a 5 day work week with a weekend rotation.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
TEAM

We are seeking a highly motivated individuals to join our company as an Order Fulfillment Associate and support our warehouse operations. As part of our fulfillment team you pick, pack and fulfill customer orders, receive and manage inventory and process returns in an efficient manner.
Ultimately, you will work with a team in the warehouse to ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped in a timely manner.
This is a fast-paced position, meaning you must be able to be efficient and accurate when picking orders no matter the order size. Our fulfillment staff will ensure only the correct products make it to the packing area. Our fulfillment staff will then pack the items appropriately to ensure that the order is correct.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Positions available include full-time (40 hours), or part-time (24 hours or less), all with opportunities of working additional hours as needed and when available.

Shift flexibility. We can create you a schedule that works for you. Shifts may include morning, day, afternoon and weekend. You can even have four-day workweeks, three-day workweeks – and you can work as little as 8 hours per week.
